Panasonic FS-A1GT

To run this MSXturboR machine in blueMSX, you need the complete config file with all the specific roms. Check the Resource page of the blueMSX website and unzip the config file in the Machines subdirectory of the emulator.

This machine has a diskdrive, a MIDI interface and built-in MSX-MUSIC. Switch key between Japanese and English characters is RightAlt. A mouse is required to use VSHELL and MSX-View.

The Panasonic FS-A1GT machine comes with 2 integrated firmwares. You can skip VSHELL and the A1 firmware by de-selecting the Panasonic front switch in the Options/Emulation menu.

There are 3 systems disks : the first system disk is required for MSX-JE, the Japanese Word Processor; the second system disk includes MSX-DOS2.3 and 3 applications, the third disk is the disk part of MSX-View, an OS with Word Processor and Graphic Tools.

From MSX-BASIC, you can go (back) to the A1 firmware menu by typing CALL MWP.

  Without any game in a cartridge slot, you come on VSHELL

To choose another disk, click on VSHELL and select the D option (A: and B: real disks, C: ROM disk, D: S-RAM disk, H: virtual disk)

To access to the MSX-View menu, click on the 4th icon on the first line.

When you quit an application, you come on the MSX-DOS2 command line; by typing TOOL on this command line, you can go back to the menu of the system disk.
